About Our Pricing

The amount you spend on each Fix is totally up to you.

  • Personalised pricing

You set the ideal amount you want to spend in each clothing category. Your Stylist selects items within those price ranges.

  • Styling charge

A £10 styling charge covers the cost of styling each Fix, as well as expert advice on how to wear your items. We deduct the £10 from the cost of any items you buy.

  • Try before you buy

Not only does your Stylist send you items based on your price settings, you get to try everything on before deciding if you want to buy them.

What You Pay & When

The styling charge is the only charge you’ll see before your parcel arrives. There’s no obligation to buy and no subscription costs. Here’s how the process works…

  1. A client requesting a fix on their computer

    You book a fix

Tell us when you’d like to receive a Fix delivery and save your payment information. You won’t be charged anything yet.

  2. A Personal Stylist picks clothes off a rack

An expert stylist curates your fix

Once we start styling you, you’ll be charged £10. We’ll deduct it from the cost of any items you buy.

  3. A client chooses what they want to keep on a phone or computer

Try on your items, buy what you love

Try everything on and check out online to buy only what you love. Enjoy 20% off if you buy all items.

  4. A client puts a returns package into a mailbox

    Free delivery and returns

Postage is always on us. Use the prepaid envelope to send back any items you don’t want.

What Our Clothes Cost

Items range in price from £25-£500, with an average cost of £55 per piece. With a wide range of brands and styles at our fingertips, we’ll always find something special for you at the price you want to pay.
